Ok, I needed copy winetricks (why protontrick need winetricks to work O_O) to /usr/lib/ Try to run any Proton game (it should unpack wine distributed with Proton) and try using protontricks again. Protontricks can't find your Wine binary bundled with Proton - most probably it was not unpacked (yet) after Steam downloaded new version of Proton yesterday.
